Dr. Ryan West has been guiding patients and families in their care journeys with making sure they're informed, comfortable, and confident since 2005. That’s 20+ years of dad jokes - one of Dr. West’s favorite ways to share a chuckle!

Dr. Emerson Ehlis has been helping patients understand their options and feel confident about their treatment plan to achieve a healthy smile for life at WE Ortho since 2015. He’s also a self-proclaimed technology ‘nerd’ and loves bringing advancements that streamline care to the office!

Dr. Nathan Guess is the newest addition to the WE Ortho orthodontist team, joining the office in late 2025. He brings his supportive nature to patients and families with thoughtful, personalized orthodontic care and is thrilled to be a part of the team!
